Great recipe, my husband and I loved it!
I recommend adding the marinade ingredients directly in a blender and blending until the consistency is smooth to make up for the lumpiness of the coconut milk.
I dry-brined my chicken for 4 hours in the fridge, then added the marinade and let it set for 2 hours before cooking. Since I was dry-brining, I omitted the salt in the recipe. I also included a tsp of curry powder and it worked great.
]]>I’ve used this recipe a few times and I think it’s excellent. I like to use 3 ounces of milk chocolate and 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate. I’ve found that this recipe is definitely heavier than conventional chocolate mousse, however I actually prefer this style. The texture is superb and it’s so simple; just be careful when heating the mixture to around 165, as if it goes over this temp for too long it will clump. Easy recipe, produces a lot of mousse, and tastes great, what more could you want
]]>Made cheese this morning, easy and was a great,
nice amount of Ricotta.
Thanks
]]>Great recipe! I was looking for ways to use up some extra sirloin from a BOGO deal and remembered having pepper steak in college. This recipe was easy to follow and turned out great. I substituted extra chicken broth for the wine per Google and I used white wine vinegar instead of the rice wine vinegar. We also really like onion here, so I went with a yellow onion sliced thin like the peppers and I sauteed it with the peppers rather than using scallions. At the end, we ate it over white rice and threw some sesame seeds on top. A really delicious recipe with so much flavor!
]]>Scarfalicious. Used mini Italian meatballs instead of g.b. Added sour cream as others have suggested.
I used the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes that were enhanced with other herbs and seasonings. I did not think that it needed any additional seasoning tweaks. Yes, it was thick as others have complained about, but that was only initially. You put in more broth and water until it’s the thinness you prefer. Some people didn’t pay attention to that part of the recipe, it seems. I used half a head of cabbage. Oh, I added celery and celery seed.
Did not use acv. This turned out tasting Italian/Mexican. Yum yum. Thank you for the great recipes!
Easy and tasty! My whole family loved this marinade.
]]>This is my go to soup for the fall and winter. So satisfying. I make it with Turkey kielbasa. Taste better the next day. I make a double batch and freeze in quart containers too.
]]>Baked salmon and asparagus in foil is a great and easy recipe. Because just two of us, I halved the recipe. Delicious and good enough for company.
]]>I would freeze the baked cookies rather than the dough with this recipe.
]]>I love this recipe! I replaced the cranberries with diced apples, and the almonds with chopped pecans (what I had on hand). If you have a celeryphobe living with you, you can replace the celery with diced bell peppers of any color or even diced water chessnuts. Definitely a great change from the classic chicken salad!
